  • Mark Walker

    FOUNDER & OWNER

    Mark specialises in qualified financial recruitment assignments on a contract and permanent basis.

    Having worked in the recruitment sector since 1996, he set up Integris in 2002 to get away from the regimented, formulaic structure of other recruitment businesses and offer a more bespoke service.

    Interests – classic cars (my Triumph Stag), watching sport, eating out (mainly Indian), drinking, walking in the countryside with my spaniels, skiing, property renovation and enjoying life with my wife and son.”

  • Kevin Popat

    FOUNDER & OWNER

    Kevin specialises in qualified financial recruitment assignments on a contract and permanent basis.

    Kevin was one of the founders of Integris in 2002 having started in recruitment in 1994.

    Interests - Keen follower of Brentford FC.

  • Neil Rutherford

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Neil joined Integris at the start of 2022 and is our Head of Recruitment. He specialises in the Senior Contract & Interim market.

    Initially brought in to rebuild the Senior Contract & Interim Division - which he has successfully done over the last 2 years - he is now focused on building the team across all sectors of permanent, contract & interim recruitment..

    He has 20 years’ recruitment experience including 10 years specialising in finance with Hays.

    Interests - A Spurs fan and a family man who likes to spend his spare time with his wife and 2 boys.. including coaching his son’s Under 9s football team.

  • Barry Waller

    ASSOCIATE - SPECIAL PROJECTS

    Barry is a semi-retired, independent consultant who is a friend and ex-employee of Integris. He works in conjunction with us on senior, specialist projects in a range of sectors including finance, procurement, transformation, IT and project management.

    Barry has been working in recruitment since 1980 and has an extensive knowledge of the market.

  • Dianna Turner

    SENIOR CONSULTANT - FINANCE

    Dianna joined Integris in 2023 after a career break.

    She has over 10 years experience in financial recruitment as a consultant and manager covering permanent and temporary recruitment.

    Her focus at Integris is on the permanent and temporary finance market - permanent salaries from £30,000 to £70,000 / temporary day rates up to £300 per day.

  • Hannah Grey

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Hannah joined Integris in 2016.

    She is a central member of the team and is responsible for making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, including payroll and contracts.

    Mabel is an important member of the team. She reduces stress and generally promotes happiness and fun. She is assisted in these matters by her daughter, Esther.
