Senior Consultant

£40,000 - £60,000 + excellent bonus 

Potential for profit share / share options                   

Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

(Near Watford Metropolitan Underground Line)


We are looking for an experienced, senior consultant to work on our Senior Permanent Division focusing on roles with basic salaries in excess of £70,000.

Reporting directly to the owners of the business and working closely with the Head of our interim practice, this role will be the primary point of contact for all senior business with salaries over £70,000 per year. You will inherit a “warm desk” with full access to a network built up over the last two decades. The senior permanent market is currently covered by the owners of the business, but all business will now come to this role. Coupled with the successful individual's own network, this will give access to a huge network with excellent potential for revenue generation. Currently this individual will be the only person working this market, with a view to potentially recruiting their own team in the future.

There are no geographical or other restrictions – you will be the main point of contact for all senior, permanent appointments with full access to all clients / contacts. All existing clients / contacts will pass to this individual. All work passed over by the interim practice and financial recruitment division will also come to this individual.                                                                                                                  

Ideally you will have experience of recruiting senior finance appointments, but we are happy to consider individuals with experience in other disciplines.

This is a key, high-profile role within the company. We are looking for an ambitious and credible individual to drive the success of our senior business. You will have access to a large, "warm" network and you must be comfortable developing these relationships to maximise future business.


Desired Skills & Experience

This role would be well-suited to an individual with 5-10 years+ experience. Perhaps someone who has built up their career within a large, corporate structure and is now looking for the opportunity to develop their business in a more flexible, entrepreneurial environment.

This is an opportunity to develop your own business and reap the rewards. We offer a generous bonus scheme - the basic consultant pay-out being 38% of revenue with potential for further management bonuses. This could be further enhanced by profit-share from team development in the future.

We have ambitious plans to grow the business over the next 3 years and this individual would play a significant role in that development.

Integris is an independent search and recruitment consultancy specialising in Search, Interim Management and all areas of financial recruitment. We moved to Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire (at the end of The Met Line on the tube) in 2013 after 10 years in Windsor.

We are now looking at a new phase of growth and our aim is to build the team with a view to establishing ourselves as a significant player in the recruitment industry in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire [although we do not restrict ourselves to these areas].







Founded in 2002, Integris covers all areas of permanent, interim and contract financial recruitment.

We have 2 teams:

1)     Search & Interim – senior appointments and interim managers - £400 per day + / £70,000 per year +

2)     Financial Recruitment – core finance roles – temp & perm c. £20,000-£70,000 per annum.


Our financial recruitment team has expanded significantly in the last couple of years and we are now looking to match that growth at the senior level. We have a strong record of dealing with senior assignments over the last 20 years, but we need an individual who can focus their full attention on this market 100% of the time. The potential for this individual, initially as a fee-earner, but also as a manager is huge.

We deal with a wide variety of companies ranging from SMEs to Blue-Chip organisations across a variety of industries including telecoms, software, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and retail.
