We are an independent consultancy and your business is important to us. Our success is built on long-term relationships with clients and candidates enabling us to offer the best possible service to both sides – quickly and efficiently.

In this day and age, it is all too easy to send reams of CVs downloaded from the internet .

We believe in the traditional, professional approach - we interview our candidates, reference them and make all the relevant checks.  We brief all our candidates on relevant positions, check their interest and get their permission to send their CV – this is all too rare in recent years. We meet our clients and visit the offices to get a feel for the environment and culture.

There is no doubt that, in this day and age, companies can do a large amount of their own recruiting. Where we come in is that we are able to offer an effective, professional and efficient service to companies who do not have time, expertise or inclination to do so. We take away the time-consuming hassle of the process and present you with the best candidates while causing you the minimum amount of distraction from your day-to-day focus.

In order to provide this service, we need commitment from you. In return for a small period of exclusivity (24 hours to 2 weeks depending on nature of role)  we can show you the benefits of our service. It is based on quality and we are confident that you will find it preferable to the multiple-agency CV race that has become the norm in recent years. We are not the cheapest supplier on the market, but we offer competitive rates for a  higher quality service.
